POTUS is running wildly out of control, dispensing literally loony bin stuff in pursuit of his crazy-ass protectionist trade delusion, but they keep excusing it as “art of the deal” style 3-D chess. Indeed, the flaming idiocy emanating from the Oval Office purportedly constitutes bargaining maneuvers so intricate and slick that only the Donald himself knows how it all fits together.

Actually, the Donald is conducting a one-man Demolition Derby. After all, who in their right mind proposes on a Friday morning a week ago to slap a 50% tariff on $600 billion of goods from the EU starting June 1st —only to announce just 72 hours latter that, well, maybe not just yet but they’ll be on again exactly 38 days later!
