The one constant about Donald Trump is that he is always in charge of his own facts. That was dramatically evident when he was asked about spy chief Tulsi Gabbard’s unequivocal March statement that the Iranians have had no nuclear weapons program since 2003 and are therefore not close to having an A-bomb.
Straight from the section of his frontal cortex where facts are apparently manufactured at will came an answer which more or less reflects the Donald’s approach to most issues:
