It All Hangs On The 16 Swing States Of America
The 16 Swing States of America accounted for 38.5% of the popular vote in 2020, and these 61 million votes, in turn, were reflected in 184 Electoral College Votes or 34% of the total.
As it happened, Biden won big in the Swing States, besting Trump by 113 to 71 in the Electoral College. Yet that outcome was far from a sure thing. In fact, Trump actually won the aggregate popular vote in these states, meaning that even tiny vote shifts within a number of these states could have sharply altered the Electoral Vote outcome, and thereby the 2020 election result.
2020 Election Result In The 16 Swing States of America
Biden: 30,028,811 votes (49.23%).
Trump: 30,042,784 votes (49.26%).
Jorgenson/Libertarian: 678,430 (1.11%)
Other Third Parties: 244,305 (0.40%).
Trump margin: +13,973 (0.023%)
Total Swing States: 60,994,330 votes.
The above tells you all you need to know about the criticality of the 16 Swing States of America. Biden won 61% of the group’s Electoral Votes, but actually lost the combined popular vote by a hair.
Even more significantly, the 678,430 votes cast for the Libertarian candidate, Jo Jorgensen, and another 244,305 for a smattering of 30 additional independent candidates, was 66X larger than the razor thin margin between Biden and Trump. That is to say, there were hypothetically far more than enough voters fed up with the two UniParty candidates just among nearly 1 million third-party voters to alter the Electoral College outcome; and that’s to say nothing of the millions of GOP and Dem voters who apparently bit their tongue and voted for their party’s nominee.
In short, in these precincts the opportunity to play ball on the margins is immense and the scope to alter the embedded 2020 red/blue result is substantial. We will amplify on these possibilities below, but first here is a theoretical route to a hung jury in the Electoral College and a Contingent Election in the US House of Representatives that RFK could win.
In effect, it boils down to shifts of electoral votes in just five of the key Swing States.
Change Versus The 2020 Election Result In the Electoral College:

Total Electoral College Outcome with Above Shifts and No Change In the Blue Wall, Red Wall or 11 Other Swing States:

Trump: 259 Electoral Votes.
Kennedy: 15 Electoral Votes.
Needed to Win: 270 Electoral Votes
