A 2024 Election Deep Dive: How 1.3 Million RFK Votes In 5 Swing States Could Dethrone The UniParty

In recent days both the Biden and Trump camps have come out with guns blaring against the alleged “spoiler” role of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. This has been highlighted by bombastic attacks on RFK from the Donald himself and by similar barrages from the meat-ax welding Dem operative, Lis Smith.

Needless to say, these attacks need to be decisively answered. That’s not because they have any merit at all, but owing to the fact that the “don’t waste your vote” shibboleth is the time-worn appeal of the UniParty incumbents as the race reaches it final weeks. At that point, a vote for the third-party dissident allegedly becomes a de facto score for the vilified other in the UniParty pair.

It is plain as day, however, that RFK is not just an issue candidate trying to promote a cause like the Green New Deal focus of Jill Stein or even an overall philosophy like that promoted by Libertarian Party candidates going back to Ron Paul in 1988. RFK has a powerful policy agenda too, but he is in it to win, not merely to educate. And win he most surely can.

Even more significantly, if he pursues the optimum campaign strategy to win 270 electoral votes that game plan would logically include a fall back position that no third party candidate in recent times has been able to offer. Namely, the ability to block both of the UniParty candidates from achieving the constitutionally requisite 270 electoral votes, thereby potentially throwing the election into the U.S. House of Representatives for the first time since 1824. And in a Biden-Trump-Kennedy contest under the 12th Amendment, RFK may actually have the best shot to win among the three, as we amplify below.

By definition, therefore, a third party candidate that in the worst case scenario can cause a hung jury in the Electoral College and proceed to win 26 state delegations in the U.S. House of Representatives is not a spoiler in any way, shape or form. To the contrary, we’d call him a history maker and potential savior of American democracy and main street prosperity as we know it.
